Ingredients

- All purpose flour : 2 1/2cup

- Sugar : 1 1/2 cup

- egg : 3

- Baking powder : 2 tsp

- Orange juice : 2/3 cup

- Oil : 2/3 cup
- Salt : 1/8 tsp
Instructions

- preheat oven to 360 F and place paper cups in the muffin mold .

- In a large bowl combine together dry ingredient flour , baking powder and salt and sift it 3 times , put on the side .

- In a mixer bowl mix oil and sugar until sugar is fully dissolve , after that add egg one at the time and beat until fully mixed .

- Add orange peels .

- Now combine the dry ingredient to the creamed mixture , doing in 3 or 4 times and between that add orange juice .

- continue doing this until our dry ingredient and orange juice is mixed in .

- whisk batter until fully smooth .

- Finally spoon batter into prepared cupcake mold .
- Bake in preheated oven at 360 F for 30 min . or muffins are done when you test with poking a toothpick in center of the muffin and it comes out clean .
